How to make a simple Hair feather clip Extension?

Making a clip in feather hair extension by yourself is an easy thing. And it only need a few steps and some basic accessories and some feathers which you can easily buy from your local craft store or online.Here in this post, we will share the post "How to make a simple feather hair extensions clip in style?"

First, we need to draw a general outline in your head, what kind of clip in feather extenion you want to make? If you want to DIY short ones, you should get short feathers, if you need to make long clip ins, you should get long feathers. Usually we will get long grizzly feathers and solide feathers and mixed them together into a bundle, them add metal clips to them. It is always recommened that for one feather hair clip, you should use no more than 5 feathers, because too many feathers on one clip makes the clip extension too fat and will not fit your hair perfectly.

The basic tools and accessories we should get prepared are :

A small plier

A small metal jump ring

A small metal cord tip

A small metal cllip

4-5 assorted feathers

Here in This post I will answer all these questions.
First, there are so many kinds of hair clips. Some are in good quality and condition while some are not. If your feather clip just can’t stay well in hair, you might need to check if the clips are good clips.  A nice quality feather clip should be like this:
